- Fitting out of new commercial area currently taking place
- Fast food outlet signed up for new shopping area
- More than 220 out of 323 properties have now been refurbished
- COMPLETED - New development sites 1 and 2 at XXXX
- Site 3 nearly completed on Otterden Close East with tenants starting to move in
- Site 4 nearly completed on Otterden Close West
- Site 5 nearly completed on Speldhurst Close
- Ackerley Court is empty and has been handed over for demolition
- Kilndown Close has decanting on schedule, Leaveland Close decanting is well underway
- Sandling Close decanting has begun
