So what is it all about?

Well, Vision at Stanhope heralds a new dawn for
the suburb of Stanhope, in Ashford, Kent.

An historic £150 million regeneration project, the area is to be revitalised with the provision of over 400 new homes, the renovation of over 300 existing council-owned houses, as well a brand new commercial centre and community facilities.

The project has been developed by Chrysalis, a consortium formed by Gleeson Group and Moat, in partnership with Ashford Borough Council. Stanhope residents have also been heavily involved in shaping this exciting project from the start. The ideas and insights of local people on improving the area have been at the heart of the regeneration scheme, and Vision at Stanhope is now set to deliver on the needs and aspirations of both current and future residents.

Over the next three years, the 400 new homes will be available for rent, discounted rent, shared ownership and for outright sale. A new and thriving community will be created, a safe and secure environment provided, and a transformation will take place that everyone will want to be a part of.
